I took part in the Purdue 2020 Out of the Darkness Walk. Although the physical walk could not happen due to COVID-19, I was still able participate in the virtual walk, and help raise money and awareness for those struggling with mental health and suicidal thoughts.

I was the assistant director of the Purdue Performance Collaborative's annual production of The Vagina Monologues. The show was free, but we collected donations for the local YWCA's women's program to help victims of domestic violence.

Since my cousin has Cystic Fibrosis, I was excited to find out I could become a part of a corporate team to help raise money and awareness to help someday find a cure.

For 7 years, I was a buddy for the Miracle League of Western Pennsylvania. This organization provides special needs kids the opportunity to play baseball and make new friends. My role was to help the kids have the most fun they could in every game.

S.W.E.E.T
I was a co-founder of Seneca's Women Engineering Exploration Team (S.W.E.E.T.). Our goal was to encourage younger students, specifically focusing on female students, to consider careers in the STEM fields. As part of this, I conducted workshops to show how fun science and engineering can be.

Global Leadership Adventures
I was a part of a group of 30 high school students who met in Playa de Coco, Costa Rica, with the main goal of helping the local community. During my time there, we created the foundation for a community center, and built a playground out of tires and other recycled materials. In the evenings, we would have leadership training.

Animal Friends
I was an animal handler trained in cats, dogs, and rabbits. It was my responsibility to play with the animals and take care of their needs until they were adopted into a forever home.
